YAGMAN GETS THREE YEARS.
Stephen Yagman, the attorney who claimed he didn't know it was illegal to not pay taxes, got three years in a Federal prison and two years of supervised release once he serves the time. As his case proved, Yagman put his money and house in his girlfriend's name, claimed he was broke and then filed for bankruptcy. During the penalty phase, this paragon of morality and cop-baiting ambulance chaser claimed the government went after him because of his years of bringing cases against the LAPD's SIS and the US government over the Gitmo prisoners. Then, talking out of the other side of his mouth, his lawyer apparently told the judge that due to his "experience" in trying to defraud the government out of tax money, Yagman should be allowed to teach ethics in a law school. Who better to teach ethics than someone who tramples them? So on the one hand he's innocent but on the other, he's suffiently familiar with ethics violations that he should teach a class. Using that logic, Yagman would no doubt endorse sentencing Sheriff Carona to a tenured professorship at the Orange County Sheriff's Academy teaching - what else - how to be an honest cop.

Fair enough. Which leaves us with the score:

LAPD: Thousands of scandals, including three that have lead to riots.

LAPD's legal opponents: A few scandals.

Keep up the good work, LAPD! You're narrowing in on them. I'd say in about 200 years, we're going to have a tie ball game! (not)

DQ, hella funny, regarding Tijuana. I went down last Spring and was shocked to see that fucking line coming back in, myself. Here's how I hustled my way through; By accident. (story of my life?)

In disbelief, I just walked up to the front of the line to see if the line was maybe just for something else. Pure desperation, wishful thinking. Had every intention of walking back to the end of the line, which was practically in El Salvador. I saw this white guy walking with an orange construction t shirt and just walked with him, sort of feigning I was in his crew. This dude walked right up the turnstile and the border patrol lady didn't say shit to him. I walked right behind him, and boom, I was through!

I struck up a conversation with this guy and he said that (and here's a secret for you fellow Wallistas) the border patrol doesn't start policing the line until you get the turnstile, which is about 20 or so yards from the indoor part. Up to that point, it's no man's land. It's Mexico, not the united states. And you can walk right up to that turnstile. I would advise surveying the crowd close to that turnstile before doing this, and figure how many you have in your party and if you could, you know, take them in a fight. Because they will NOT be pleased. This lady in front of us did keep turning back and giving us a glare that could have fucking killed. LOL. The way I look at it, someday I'm going to see someone cut in front of a long line I had to wait in, and I can't bitch about it. That's life. I had to have saved at least 3 hours. That line was so long it could have been seen from outer space.

So, there, your guys' favorite liberal Script Man is good for something; A sound Mexico traveling tip. When coming back across the TJ border, you can walk right up to the turnstile. There's no way they can enforce or patrol that long line up to it. You can walk right past it. But again, you might want to run to your car and be in the next zip code ASAP when you hit state side, because you wont' be a popular person.

Hey now! Still No Script! Fucking hustling and scuffling along with the great unwashed masses at the border. "necessity is the mother of invention" que no?

I wonder if you feel as I do, that the whole damn cluster fuck at the border is just a show of power and a generator of fear by the Bush/Cheney cabal?
It's all so useless and pathetic, just a way to fuck with people on a quest for the "great get by".

And none of it works for long cause people will find a way to circumvent any useless laws and rules that impede humanity's great movement towards a better life and the few crumbs thrown there way.
Call it anarchy or democracy by foot but people power is an unstoppable force of nature.

And while crossing the border in the van, which was full of MExicans (and a few gringo's) we all had a ball joking and laughing at the stories being told.
One older Mexicano was telling everyone about the spot we were passing, under a 15' wall at the border where years before a big tall Mexicano called Wilt Chamberlain would stand, and for $50.00 would put you on his shoulders and toss you over the wall to the other side.
The Mexicano said he crossed 3 times by that tossing method but that due to a broken leg his last trip over the wall he gave it up.
He said the big Mexican wouldn't guaranty you wouldn't get hurt by the fall he only guaranteed he would throw you over it.

Another Mexicano had us cracking up when he told us that all the bullshit involved with crossing the linea probably wasn't worth the party he had to attend at a family function in Victorville.

"All this trouble for a bowl of Menudo in Victorville and it'll probably be "Juanita's" from the can.

The government needs to spend a lot of money and help the poor people in downtown Los Angeles. Damn gavachos, republicans and the LAPD only know how to lock up poor people. Just look at our prisons to see who the real victims are.

I am getting really tired of Jethro and Homers of the world. All they know is pass more laws and lock more people up. It is the fault of the facist, racist gavachos that we have so people in jail. You don't have to give anyone a 20 dollar bill. Let me reiterate; If you follow that big line all the way to the front, you'll see that the line is going into sort of a small turnstile area that is about 20 or so yards from the indoor part, where the actual check point is. At that turnstile outside, they have like one border patrol person yelling "single file line". But this construction dude just walked right up, with me tagging along. The border patrol lady didn't say a word. As we waited in the line to get to the official check in (which, from this point, is just about a 20 minute wait), the guy told me they don't police the line up to that turnstile. They'll tell you to get in single file line, but they won't do anything. It's just a game they play, that everyone naively plays along with. Now, this may change...so don't take my word for it. I'm just telling you how it went down the last time I was there, which was in May.

Some of you may be wondering...what up with the gavacho construction guy, in Mexico? Shouldn't it be the other way around? He was there to go to the dentist! Evidently, one of the major dental companies here in America has an office in downtown TJ. He said the place looks scary outside, but once you get inside it's top notch. Said he's been going there for dental work for 10 years now. He also said that you can just tell the cab driver you need to see a dentist, and evidently they'll know what's up and they'll take you right to this place. I don't remember how much he tole me he paid for the filling he got but I do remember it being quite a bargain, as you could imagine. Naturally, I asked him if he had any long term problems from going there. He smiled, to purposely show me his pearly whites, and they were tip top.

There's another traveling tip.

And, to you know who; Of course Oliver North is an innocent soul. How dare I ever accuse him of anything...

Immigration over the past seven years was the highest for any seven-year period in American history, bringing 10.3 million new immigrants, more than half of them without legal status, according to an analysis of census data released today by the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington.
One in eight people living in the United States is an immigrant, the survey found, for a total of 37.9 million people — the highest level since the 1920s.

Anti-gang sweep nets 6 arrests
template_bas

By Scott Glover, Los Angeles Times Staff Writer
November 30, 2007
FBI agents fanned out across Southern California early Thursday and arrested six alleged members or associates of the Crenshaw Mafia Gangster Bloods street gang on federal drug and weapons charges, officials said.

Seven other people with alleged ties to the gang were indicted and are now being sought by agents. The arrests mark the fifth gang sweep this month, in which 125 suspects from five different gangs have been indicted or arrested, said Salvador Hernandez, head of the bureau's Los Angeles field office.

The six arrested Thursday -- and the seven others being sought -- were indicted in September and October on charges of conspiring to distribute heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine base as well as various weapons offenses.

The suspects were identified as: Joseph Carter Jr., 42, of Wilmington; David Cole Jr., 64, of Long Beach; Debra Ann Johnson, 49, of La Mirada; Kenneth Bernard Riley, 45, of Moreno Valley; Gerald Plaze Thomas, 43, of Los Angeles; and Anthony Quin Wheeler, 47, of Inglewood.

According to an FBI news release, the Crenshaw Mafia is rooted in Inglewood, where it is believed to have begun operating in the early 1990s. The gang has since spread to other large cities, including Cleveland, Denver, Omaha and St. Louis.

Thursday's arrests involved multiple federal and local law enforcement agencies.

SNS/Anyone else,
I've noticed at least in the Bay Area lately a increase in gang crime, especially in just the last couple of months. Even San Jose which is one of the safest big cities in America has had several drive bys, stabbings some of which have led to murder. S.F samething and of course the East Bay. Is this trend happening elsewhere? The San Jose stuff is 13 vs 14 but the other area's seems a combo of drugs and gangs.

SNS you've pointed out in the past how the rise or decline in violence has a lot to do with the economy which seems to be happening now. Of course the righties on here can't ever see that point.

I'm not one that blames gangs all on poverty or education, I think it involves many factors but it seems like the rise in gang and drug violence does occur when people are hurting for cash.

A benefit to the USA bring em all over we need em. Here's an example of a Mexican doing the right thing.

Sounds more like a good neighbor than a criminal.

The AP just reported on one. On Thanksgiving, Jesus Manuel Cordova Soberanes, a 26-year-old bricklayer from northern Mexico, rescued a nine-year-old boy who had been in a car wreck. Mr. Soberanes had snuck across the border to find work to feed his family. While he was walking through the Arizona desert, he came across the boy. The boy's mother had swerved off a cliff and crashed. The mother was severely injured and the boy had gone in search of help. Mr. Soberanes returned with the boy to the car, but he could not save the mother. As night came and temperatures dropped, he gave the boy his sweater and built a fire. Mr. Soberanes stayed with the boy through the night, until he was rescued the next morning. The boy was flown to a hospital in Tucson and Mr. Soberanes was turned over to Border Patrol agents, who deported him back to Mexico. According to the local sheriff, Mr. Soberanes is "'very, very special and compassionate' and may have saved the boy's life."

Mr. Soberanes explained his sacrifice this way:

"I am a father of four children. For that, I stayed," Manuel Jesus Cordova Soberanes said in Spanish from his home in the Mexican state of Sonora. "I never could have left him. Never."
Mr. Soberanes made America a better place during his brief stay.

How many times is Don Quakers going to mention the story about Jesus Manuel Cordova Soberanes, a 26-year-old bricklayer from northern Mexico who rescued a nine-year-old boy in the desert?

There are hundreds of thousands of illegal alien in our prisons. The prison population is about 25% illegal aliens, which is a very high percentage, especially since illegal immigrants make up such a small percentage of our total population. How often do we read about a wanted fugitive fleeing back to Mexico to hide from justice? Just look at the LAPD website and see for yourself how many fugitives are wanted just in the city of Los Angeles. One only needs to look at what has happened to the LAUSD and the city of Los Angeles to see the results of illegal immigration. A blind and ignorant mouse can see the obvious results. Los Angeles is also the gang capital of the World. I know it must hurt Don Quackers to acknowledge the obvious.

Those are the cold hard facts that Don Quackers (aka Sr. Multiple Personality) refuses to acknowledge. I am sure if the “mayates” from Africa were the majority of illegal aliens he would be singing a different song about immigration. I’m sure I would hear about those low down and dirty mayate illegal immigrants.

Don Quackers still defends the sureno cholos and idolizes the EME carnales, he is a great spokesman for the Mexican American (Obvious sarcasm).

As usual, the always ready to humiliate himself, anonymouse/homer the jethro, tries to mask his racism and ethnocentricity with more bullshit that the right wing nuts hope will stick in the minds of people ready to use hate and prejudice.

The old, old, scapegoat the immigrant scam that these bigots always use when they have no answer to the American public as to why they completely failed as elected officials of the govt and instead resorted to lies, corruption, cronyism, war crimes, and other massive rip offs of the coffers of the USA.
The right wing neo cons who had the power and completely blew it due to an insatiable greed factor, have no other excuse or tactic now that can bail them out except blame it all on the "illegal aliens" invading our country.

It's pathetic to see the failed right wing now resort to a unified
Gnashing of teeth and communal wailing about the supposed criminal "illegal alien" hoards taking over America!
And Homer the Jethro is a typical example of this tactic of spouting out unfounded and hysterical nativist "facts" about immigrants invading America.
Every statistic and study I can find points to the fact that immigrants lower the crime rate in areas they move into and increase commerce and property values in once crime infested and run down neighborhoods.

Immigrants are the backbone of the USA, they do the shit work others won't, they came here to better their existence not to commit crimes and the recent immigrants are no different than the upwardly mobile movement of waves of other prior immigrants who have always benefited this country historically.
Yea get rid of borders between Mexico, USA, Canada and let the people rise to the occasion.

Prison Statistics, US Justice System

Summary findings
On June 30, 2006--

-- 2,245,189 prisoners were held in Federal or State prisons or in local jails -- an increase of 2.8% from midyear 2005, less than the average annual growth of 3.4% since yearend 1995.
-- There were an estimated 497 prison inmates per 100,000 U.S. residents -- up from 411 at yearend 1995.
-- The number of women under the jurisdiction of State or Federal prison authorities increased 4.8% from midyear 2005, reaching 111,403 and the number of men rose 2.7%, totaling 1,445,115.
At yearend 2005 there were 3,145 black male sentenced prison inmates per 100,000 black males in the United States, compared to 1,244 Hispanic male inmates per 100,000 Hispanic males and 471 white male inmates per 100,000 white males.
……………………………………………………………………………………………

And Immigrants make up about 4% of the total prison population of the US not the 25% Homer the Jethro quotes.
And the racial and ethnic breakdown of the percentage of US prison population would to me be an indicator of the fact that
Poverty = Prison statistics

Or would you say it's a genetic thing huh Herr Homer the Jethro?

FROM WALLY'S ARCHIVE'S
Sunday, December 19, 2004

SOME WORDS FROM A READER

"I'm an old veterano from east L.A. friends with true carnales of LA EME and THE MONGOL BROTHERS like many other veteranos and SURENOS here in Los Angeles. I'm glad to hear that the green light was called off. I'd like to school you on a quick tip.

The Mongols motorcycle club was not formed in prison, they were formed on the streets of Montebello consisting of a bunch of low riders and cholos that had grown out of that scene and graduated to motorcycles and hotrods. Eventually finding themeselves with the same interests they got together and formed the motorcycle club. At first they tried joining the white motorcycle clubs that were already in existence but were not accepted by them so they started their own. Actually their first war was with a low rider club called Orpheus and they were jealous that the Mongols had moved up continentally on the streets. But history shows that Orpheus no longer exists. Most motorcycle club names are themed around hell and Satan. The Mongols wanted something different so they came up with the fiercest warriors that ruled Russia and China and most of the world for over 500 years. They even considered Aztecs or Mayans but they felt it was little bit too ethnic. I personally feel the name they chose was perfect. Their next battle was with the Hells Angels with whom they wanted to be friends with but were not accepted and the Mongols were being told what they could wear and how they should exist. Maybe the Mongols did insult them by sewing on the California bottom rocker but the Mongols had thier reasons. As far back as I could remember LA EME was always tight allies with the Mongols. They have done favors for each other many of times. You can ask anyone who has been in a Calfornia prison. The Mongols have brothers from up north and down south. They have white brothers too. This was never a problem with the Surenos before. Hell the Mongols are the only guys in the joint that I know that can walk the yard without having to ask permission that's how much love they have from LA EME. Also, for your information, the second in command to Joe Morgan, which was Robot, is brothers with the ex-president of the San Gabriel Chapter Monogls. So this so called problem is a little confusing to some Surenos and even to some older Mongols. But as with the Pepsi generation things have changed with LA EME and now similar types of changes are happening with the Mongols. So if the youngsters would talk to the elders on both sides I'm sure all this oculd be straighten out. Know the facts, the Mongols never had a reputation for taxing people. They've been known to just be a tight brotherhood that live the Chicano biker lifestyle and have one common enemy with all outlaw organiztions, the local authorities and the federal government. For all we know the federal government is creating chaos amongst us through the media to limit our constitutional rights."
There you have it. The straight word from the street without the spin or filters.
END.

CAR CLUBS OF THE 1980'S AND BEYOND WERE AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ANIMAL ALL TOGETHER. THE VIOLENCE AND THE CLOSING OF WHITTIER BLVD HAD CHANGED THE PARADOX VIEW. NOW, WHILE GROUPE HAD MEMBERS FROM 18TH STREET AND THE WEST SIDE TO AS FAR AS DOWNEY AND NORWALK (CANTA RANAS) AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN INCLUDING EL SERRENO AND SOUTHGATE. I CAME INTO THE GROUPE IN EARLY 1974, AND MY COMPAS IN MAY OF THAT SAME YEAR. WE HAD ATTENDED GROUPES ANNIVERSARY THAT YEAR AT ILLUMINARES RESTAURANT AND HAD STARTED A BUDDING FRIENDSHIP. WELL, A MORE THAN A MONTH HAD TRANSPIRED WHEN WE HEARD NANCE'S CALL. THAT FRIDAY NITE. AT THAT TIME GROUPE MUST HAVE HAD ABOUT 130 MEMBERS AND BECAUSE OF ALL THE WARS ORPHEUS WAS DOWN TO ABOUT 20-25 CATS. BUT QUALITY WAS THEIRE REQUISITE. A HARD CORE REQUISITE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LOW KEY AND A ROOTER FOR THE UNDERDOG, SO MAKING NO MENTION THAT I WAS A PRACTITIONER OF CERTAIN MARTIAL ARTS TO ANYONE BUT NORWALK EDDIE CAME AS A REAL EYE OPENER WHEN THESE 20-25 ORPHEUS GANG MEMBERS STARTED COMING IN AND HUGGING EDDIE AND KISSIING NANCE. MY DISTRESS CAME WHEN MY COMPAS STARTED INTRODUCING ME TO ORPHEUS AS A __ DEGREE_____ BELT. SOME OF THESE GUYS WERE COMMING IN WITH SHOULDER HOLSTERS & GUNS OR STRAIGHT OUT SAWED OFF'S. THESE GUYS CAME IN IKE THEY WERE READY TO BLAST ON THE BOULEVARD OR ON CHAISE LOUNGE. A MONTH LATER WE HAD A KIND OF A SOCIAL BETWEEN GROUPE AND ORPHEUS AT EDDIE'S, AND IT ROCKED. ALTHOUGH THERE WERE FAR MORE OF US, WE COULD MATCH THOSE 20-25 OF ORPHEUS. THERE WAS A MUTUAL RESPECT, AND WEGROUPE WAS THE ONLY CLUB ORPHEUS DID NOT WAR WITH. GROUPE EVEN HAD A MEMBER, BIG HEAD JOE. THAT LEFT ORPHEUS TO JOIN GROUPE.

What can I say, I'm stuck in 1992. Probably why it's so hard for me to forget how evil Oliver North is and how mislead and confused his sympathizers are.

**************

I seriously doubt Oliver North has any sympathizers here. More likely people are just tired of blaming every gang and drug problem on Oliver North.

When will you and Don Culo ever say anything about personal responibility?

There will always be some percentage of the population which will be criminals no matter what you do for their lazy dumd asses. Just like the mayates Don Culo likes to talk about, there are "lazy mayate" types in all colors.

Streets gang are also glamorized and considered part of their culture. Just look at Don Culo and how he admires the EME carnales. If a so called old wise man still glamorizes the surenos and carnales, what do you expect for a 14 year old knucle-head?

Remember SV-VBS who would tell us how terrible gangs are, but still has love for his homies, who killed a 14 yr old girl, who they beleive was going to testify in court. If you gave SV-VBS lots of money, his mind would still be screwed up.

These old fools love the cholo life-style and all it's evils.

Don Quackers is in a state of denial, look at this report from GAO (government accounting office) to see how the illegal aliens are "so honest" and hard working.

http://www.gao.gov/htext/d05646r.html

For a population of aliens incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails during fiscal year 2003 who entered the country illegally, we address the following questions:

(1) How many arrests did they have?

(2) How many and what type of criminal offenses have they been arrested
for?

(3) What states were they arrested in?

Results in Brief: How many arrests did these illegal aliens have?

For our study population of 55,322 illegal aliens:

* They were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about
8 arrests per illegal alien.[Note 1]

* Ninety-seven percent had more than 1 arrest. About 38 percent had
between 2 and 5 arrests, 32 percent had between 6 and 10 arrests, and
26 percent had over 11 arrests.

From Los Angeles times ....

But federal officials estimate that about 40,000 of the 170,000 inmates who come through the county jail each year are in the United States illegally.

40,000/170,000 = 23.53%

Excuse it is 23.53 percent of inmates who are illegal aliens

What a shock some Florencia gang Members arrested during the recent RICO case against Florencia gang are illegal aliens. How can this be? Oh wait... some EME members are also illegal aliens, please say it ain't so. The illegal aliens are all such hard working people. The illegal immigrants have done wonderful things for the Los Angeles schools, I understand every parent in the country wants their kid in the LAUSD. Que No, Don Culo?

By Yagmans own tally, he's pulled down $50 million in jury awards and settlements against Southern California police for fatal shootings, beatings, illegal searches, and run-of-the mill humiliations. He claimed, but never substantiated, an unusually high success rate of 65 to 75 percent of his cases Los Angeles city lawyers rebuted that estimate, placing his wins closer to 34 percent. In two groundbreaking victories, Yagman convinced juries to hold former Los Angeles police chief Daryl F. Gates personally liable for the fatal and abusive actions of his officers.
Though his detractors accused him of being money hungry, Yagman has insisted that his ultimate goal is to hold politicians personally liable for police abuses, particularly those by the Special Investigations Section of the Los Angeles Police Department. SIS officers would trail robbers, gather evidence, watch without intervening as suspects commit crimes, then make the arrest, which Yagman claimed regularly involved excessive force. One of his famous battles against the unit dates from February 12, 1990. That day, SIS officers whom Yagman had dubbed the death squad trailed four suspected members of a robbery ring to a suburban McDonald's, then canceled the local precincts response to the terrified managers 911 call. Though SIS officers had probable cause to intervene, they watched for 30 minutes as the robbers held the manager at gunpoint, taped her eyes, tied her hands, and tried to open the safe. When the robbers fled, the SIS opened fire, killing three of the men with shotgun and handgun blasts some in the back.

Interestingly enough, the FBI had previously investigated the SIS without finding fault. But Yagman proved fault in federal court, convincing a jury in 1992 to award damages to four of the suspected robber's surviving kin and to the lone surviving perpetrator. The police, Yagman argued, acted like assassins with badges.

The compulsive anti-authoritarian 62-year-old Yagman sounded like a precocious adolescent who read too much Ayn Rand. His insults are legendary: The LAPD is a Frankenstein monster. Gates is the Devil. The ACLU is a bunch of full-of-shit liberals. Yagman also fought penalties for calling a federal judge a substandard human, a right-wing fanatic, and one of the worst judges in the United States. The ruling in Yagman's favor helped attorney Johnnie Cochran avoid sanctions for insulting Judge Lance Ito during the O.J. Simpson criminal trial. I have to give him credit for taking cases other lawyers won't, Cochran said of Yagman. Defending robbers is very tough, and he's done some pretty good work. But on learning that Yagman called him a functionally illiterate jive-ass turkey, Cochran turned condescending toward his old courtroom foe: He's a tragic figure. He wants to be a respected lawyer, but he's a caricature of what he wants to become. Poor little Stevie wherever he lands. Now wheres that new blender?

A little FYI for some of you more adventuruos types. Leave for Tijuana (from SGV) about 4pm e.t.a. in Tijuas around 7pm, exit the 5 freeway at the last exit this side of the border, park and pay 5 dollars at the hotel right next to the Jack in the box. Stroll across the linia, walk to revolution street, stroll the "Blvd" check out the tittie bars, and clubs, (careful with the trannies) spend some lana at Caliente casino, then walk to the Coahuila, Adelitas bar is nice, the women are OK, if you like silicon,it can get very crouded in there though, so carry your wallet in your front pocket. Hit the Hong Kong bar, there are some fine women in there, lap dances are like 20 dollars and touching is allowed, panocha will cost you about 60 to 80 dollars in there as well as at Adelitas, another stop should be The Chicago Club, Adelitas used to be "the place" but the last time I was there The Chicago Club had it beat, it is not as crouded and the women are gorgeous, alot of asians, or Mexicanas that look asian in there, some panocha in there also runs in the 60 to 100 dollar range, if you are on a budget you can catch a streetworker for about 25 dollars, they will really make it good for you for about 40 dollars. After that eat some tacos or a bacon wrapped "perro" and a cold drink then walk on back to your car, by this time it should be about 2 or 3am and the linia you walk through should be deserted, so no need for butting in line. As long as you dont drink, all should go well, but if you are going to get todo pedo, then you might run into some kind of trouble, either by the law or the criminal element, or both. "Remeber Mexico is a country, not your playground"

Three low life sureno cholos deny killing woman.
Victim shot when she tried to stop tagger

By Ruby Gonzales, Staff Writer

WHITTIER - Three suspects pleaded not guilty Friday to killing a Pico Rivera grandmother who was shot in the head when she tried to stop a man from defacing a wall. Jennifer Ann Tafolla, 19, Cesar Lopez, 20, and Richard Rolon, 21, entered the not-guilty pleas at their Friday arraignment in Whittier Superior Court. All are from Pico Rivera.

They were charged with murder, shooting at an occupied vehicle, conspiracy and street terrorism. The three also denied the special allegation that they committed the murder to further a criminal street gang. Detectives said the suspects belonged to a gang called the Brown Authority. They are due back in court Jan. 14 to set a date for a preliminary hearing. A fourth suspect, 17-year-old Angel Rojas, is to be arraigned Monday. There were some transportation problems and he wasn't brought to court. Rojas, the alleged shooter, is being tried as an adult by prosecutors. Rojas has been charged with the same counts as the others plus one felony count of unlawful firearm activity and the special allegation that he personally and intentionally discharged a firearm.

The charges stem from the Aug. 10 fatal shooting of Maria Hicks, 57, in Pico Rivera. Hick's daughter, Melinda Wall, came to the arraignment accompanied by nine other relatives and friends. She said she plans to be at Rojas' arraignment on Monday as well.

She called the suspects' behavior in court on Oct. 24 "disgusting." Wall said they seemed to be aware of the media attention and that Tafolla blew kisses to her family in the audience. She pointed out that one isn't supposed to communicate with the defendants in court and that there is a sign that says so.

"It's just very heartbreaking for the family to be here with the holidays coming up," Wall said. The prosecution said the four suspects chose to tag a wall at San Gabriel River Parkway and Woodford Street when they saw it sporting graffiti from a rival gang. Tafolla drove the 1998 Lincoln Continental the suspects rode in the night of Aug. 10, according to the criminal complaint. Authorities said Rolon directed Lopez to mark the wall while an armed Rojas stood watch.

Hicks was driving home when she saw a man, identified by the complaint as Lopez, spray painting the wall. She flashed her headlights and honked. Rojas got out of the car and fired several shots at Hicks' vehicle, hitting her once in the head. On Aug. 14, deputies arrested Lopez, Rojas and Tafolla. Rolon was caught in Oakland on Sept. 1.

Are these low lifes worse than the Mayates?

Menudo in Berlin

By Wally's watch it was nearly 2:30 in the morning, next to him he could see Marty and the short pants scanning the red and green lighted instrument panel of the Beechcraft Baron as he held it at a steady 200 knots. Behind them, Don Quixote and Santiago dozed fitfully. Below the North Sea shimmered in the light of a waning half-moon, its strong tide running full against the Netherlands coast. A short time later they banked to the right and entered Dutch airspace. then they were crossing the dark mirror that was the Ijsselmeer, and soon flying east over lush farmland toward the German border.
Wally tried to picture a bowl of steaming menudo with an ice cold Beck's. Big T must of dozed himself because the next thing he saw was the faint glow of dawn on the horizon and Marty was dropping the Beechcraft through a light deck of clouds like a lead ball. Berlin at last. Don Quixote and Santi were awake now, watching as little Marty dipped the left wing and banked sharply. Coming around he cut the throttle and made a low , nearly silent, pass over the shadowy landscape. As he did, a signal light on the ground blinked twice then went out.
"Take us in DQ said"
Marty nodded and brought the Baron's nose up. Giving the twin 300 horsepower engines a burst of power, he executed a steep righthand roll, then eased off the throttle and dropped back down. there was a bump as the landing gear came down, then Marty leveled off and came in just above the tree tops. as he did, a row of blue lights came on, defining a grass landing strip in front of them. A minute later the wheels touched, the nose came over and the front wheel settled down. Immediately the landing lights went out and there was a deafening roar as Marty gave the propellers a deafening full reverse thrust. Several hundred feet later, the Baron rolled to a stop.
"Tony!"
A thick Mexican accent was followed by a heavy laugh as Tony stepped out into the dewy wet grass of the Elbe meadow some sixty miles northwest of Berlin and was instantly swept up in a giant bear hug by a huge Carrillo's representative and whisked away in a Carrillo's van to the grand opening.

I believe San Jo is now at 970 thousand plus. Many cities seem to "doctor" their crime stats. I know year in and year out Costa Mesa had one of the highest crime rates in O.C just behind places like Santa Ana and Stanton. The old white gaurd would always yell "we're becoming like Santa Ana". The chief of police would always point out that Costa Mesa reported all crimes to the FBI while many cities only reported the larger more violent crime stats there for it would look like their crime rates were much lower then a place like Costa Mesa.

I could see why a city like San Jose would do that with all the Tech business in the area. But at the same time in the 7 months I've been here I've driven through some of the varrio area's and some of the places that are supposed to be kinda sketchy area's and have to say, they are nothing compared to place's I've seen in So. Cal or even the East Bay. There's a lot of varrio area's in San Jose for sure but for the size of the city it's a pretty nice and safe place.

After that, maybe you could tell us about what varrio you got jumped in to, and how that led to you knowing all the chisme and knowing all the carnals.

After that, you could tell us if you've ever told any of your homies or any of the carnals about the fucking LAPD never showing up when you called them.

Now that would be a GREAT story.

We should first give the jobs to all the poor Blacks who have been victimized by the Anglo racist system of this country for hundred of years.

We forget how the Blacks worked very hard in the cotton fields, how the blacks worked real hard building the railroads. The Blacks built a lot of the infrastructure of this country. The Blacks have been victimized by the whites and now by the Latino gangs such as Florencia.

The government needs to spend billions of dollars in Black areas, to pay them back for all the great things they did to help build this country. Don't forget about all the Blacks who fought in WW-II, such as Tuskegee Air Man. These were some of the best in the military and we need to spend billions to make it an even playing field for the Blacks. Even today many our bravest Marines are Blacks.

The Blacks have the highest murder rate among their youth, and Blacks are most likely to be jailed. If you want to see who Blacks are victims, just look at who is in the jails. It is just like Mark Twain said. The Blacks are a very important part of our history and cultural. Just look at the great Jazz, Motown, Soul and Rap music the Blacks have given us as a gift. Their cultural has deeply enriched our whole country. We should embrace our Black brothers and sisters.

THE ROAD TO MOROCCO

Tony Raphael was hustled through the bar and out an exit onto the street. He tried to sign off with with his publisher but Don Quixote and I had reached in and cut off the phone in his hand. The publisher, wasn't it? Don Quixote said, pulling open the door to an unmarked Rover at the curb.
"Yes," Tony said. Don Quixote pushed into his private world and he didn't like it. Doors slammed and Marty pulled into traffic. Five minutes later they were rounding Piccadilly Circus and turning on Haymarket for Trafalgar Square. Tony sat for a long time in silence and watched as nighttime London flashed by. After an hour the Rover slowed and turned into a narrow street and a block later swung into an underground garage. suddenly it occurred to Tony to ask where they were going.
"Morocco." Marty beat him to it.
"Morocco"?
two uniformed Carrillo employee's approached the car as it stopped and opened the doors.
"Right this way gentlemen." The uniforms led the way down a corridor and then out a door leading unto the tarmac. They were at the far corner of a commercial airport. In the distance a twin-engine plane sat waiting, its interior lights on, a portable stairway leading up to an open door in the fuselage.
"The reason your coming along Tony," I said as we walked toward it, is because Carrillo's has opened up a menudo palace in the heart of Morocco.
Big T could feel his pulse jump.
Tony was euphoric...

High school student killed as school lets out

Paramount: Raymond Cortez, 16, a Latino youth, was shot while leaving Paramount High School on Friday, Nov. 30, at 3:25 p.m.; he was taken off life support two days later.

He was walking from the crowded campus at 8400 2nd Street when a car with two young men inside drove up. One got out, gun in had--a young man who had harassed Raymond in the past, and who had recently attempted to steal Raymond's bicycle, said sheriff's Lt. Al Grotefund.

"Remember me?" the assailant said to Raymond, then gave a gang moniker. There was a brief conversation, then, an attack. Raymond fought back briefly. The suspect shot him in the head. Raymond lay dying in front of other young people leaving the school.

Paramount High School students rose to the occasion: The suspects, caught in school traffic, were slow getting away, and that gave these young witnesses enough time to get a license plate number, which they handed over to police.

Their help enabled the police to swiftly arrest the young Latino driver of the car, and to name a suspected shooter, 21-year-old Enrique Borrayo, who is still at large. Anyone who knows Borrayo's whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.

Raymond was taken to Long Beach Memorial Hospital. His family donated his organs. He was taken off life support on Sunday, Dec. 2, at 6:29 a.m.

Collectively, documented and undocumented immigrants earn $240 billion a year, pay $90 billion a year in taxes, and receive $5 billion in welfare. Most foreign born in this country have never used public benefits, and overall, immigrants generally use public benefits at less than half the rate of the native born. Undocumented immigrants use public benefits even less, because of fear of deportation. Most commonly, undocumented workers use Medicaid and the US public school system, but not for themselves. These are used to benefit their children who are US citizens. (from American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Urban Institute).

Italy mob boss swallowed secrets before dying
Wed Dec 5, 2007 6:04am EST
PALERMO (Reuters) - A top Mafia boss swallowed secret notes with names and telephone numbers just before he was shot dead by police this week, officials said on Wednesday.
Daniele Emanuello, boss of a Mafia family in the city of Gela who was one of Italy's 30-most wanted men, was shot on Monday as he tried to flee a police raid on a farmhouse in central Sicily where he had been hiding.
An autopsy showed fragments of the notes still lodged in Emanuello's esophagus, the officials told reporters. It was not immediately clear whether the fragments were of any use to investigators, however the words "in the hat" were the only legible evidence managed to be found.
The 43-year-old mob boss had been on the run since 1993.
Anti-Mafia police counted the raid among a string of successes against the Cosa Nostra and threw a giant pizza party at headquarters downtown.
On November 5, police arrested Salvatore Lo Piccolo, who had assumed the role of Mafia "boss of bosses" following last year's capture of Bernardo Provenzano.

The anti immigration, "illegal alien" hunter, so called voice of the American people sick of the Mexican invasion of the USA, "Lou Dobbs" announced that he will have his own nationally syndicated radio show like the other right wingers Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck.
Dobbs daughter was outed recently for hiring "illegal aliens" to clean the stables at her "Riding Academy" but Dobbs said that was just more proof of the Mexican Invasion of AMerica.

With Dobbs new job is the proof that "illegal aliens" are not taking jobs from Americans but creating jobs for Americans.

If not for the so called Mexican invasion of America, that horse that Dobbs has been riding for years (hmmm does he hire illegals to clean his stables like his daughter does?), poor old Lou Dobbs would still be doing the traffic report in someplace like Bangor Maine.
This next election campaign is gonna be funny, which Republican will "out Mexican" the others and prove his toughness to the USA public.

Man talking on cell phone killed by train in San Leandro.
San Francisco Chronicle Thursday, December 6, 2007
SAN LEANDRO - A pedestrian apparently absorbed in a cell phone call was struck and killed by an Amtrak train in San Leandro today after he walked around a lowered crossing gate and onto the tracks, authorities said.
Victim was struck at 12:30 p.m. by a northbound Capitol Corridor train at the Alvarado Street crossing, about 8 miles south of the Oakland station.
Crew members told authorities they saw the victim talking on the cell phone before he was struck. The warning lights and gates at the crossing were functioning properly.

SPLENDED NEWS TO WAKE UP TO WALLY BABY. THESE CELL PHONES SHOULD BE BANNED IN THEATERS AND AIRPLANES. SCOFFLAW GOT JUST WHAT HE DESERVED.

Santiago you got me laughing my ass off!

???????????????????????????????????

The "Chicano Daily News" did a follow up with some Sicilian Meros and they said on the QT, the rest of the note found in Emanuello's throat from Wally's "In The Hat" blog contained the secret formula for the slim jim WMD, Wally's real name, and the warning to the Sicilian Mafia that a powerful storm was approaching the island, and in it, an unstoppable force that threatened the Mafia's existence in Sicily,
a large, gruff, gravelly throated, chain smoking, LE "killer on the loose" "Chief Dan Matthews" of the Highway Patrol.

The movie that will be based on the massacre to come is rated R for Bloody Violence, (just like the new Sweeny Tood flick)
