TVR GANGSTER CONVICTED.
Timothy McGhee was convicted of homicide yesterday after years of sitting in County waiting for his trial. Variously know as "Huero" or "Eskimo," McGhee, a former Criminal Justice student at Cal Poly Pomona, was decribed as being something less than a traditional gangster and more of a spree or thrill killer. Unlike his former associate, the King of Drew Street who was all about business, McGhee's assaults and homicides often had nothing at all to do with business. A lot of his capering didn't make him, TVR or the Meros a nickle.

I live smack dab in the middle of 'their' hood. Low life punks show respect to nobody, not even the abuelitas crossing the streets going to the mercado.

Either way, no sweat off my brow..

These fools can keep wildin' out while I make my cheese right in the midst without them even knowing.

They ever trip, I got the cannon ready and waiting. Self defense, que no?

HOW'S THE TUNA LADIES?
Jailers Allowed Same-Sex Inmate Nuptials
Women in "elaborate" ceremony; rings made of hair, dental floss
OCTOBER 26--A group of Florida corrections officers allowed two female inmates to wed earlier this year in an elaborate same-sex ceremony presided over by a fellow convict, according to a newly released investigative report. The St. Patrick's Day ceremony at the Lowell Correctional Facility resulted in the suspension of six corrections officers, the firing of one guard, and the resignation of another, according to a Department of Corrections inspector general's report, a copy of which you'll find below. The same-sex ceremony occurred in the prison's "Close Management Unit" and featured a wedding cake, pink bows fashioned from prison forms, and one bride wearing a makeshift bridal veil, investigators reported. The cake was topped with figures of two women. A review of prison surveillance tape revealed that the 6:15 PM wedding began with one bride exiting a cell with a flower bouquet in her arms. The bride was accompanied down the stairs by another inmate, who apparently was giving her away. They "proceeded down the stairs to the center of the quad" where they were met by the other bride. After a ten-minute ceremony, the newlyweds--who were not allowed to kiss--cut the wedding cake, while other inmates began dancing. IG interviews of inmates and guards determined that the cake was made from canteen items donated by fellow inmates and that rings exchanged were fashioned from dreadlock hair and dental floss. The report, which does not include the names of any inmates, notes that one of the brides, when interviewed by IG personnel, could not recall which corrections officers were present for the ceremony because "she was so nervous about getting married." Sgt. Jennifer Thomas, who resigned over the incident, told investigators that imprisoned "males do this all the time and homosexuality was going to happen." She added that the IG was focusing on the ceremony because it was a "homosexual incident."

Interesting, I haven't read any stories about elderly women being accosted by young "Hispanic" (media term) men in Glendale. Any police logs? How often are elderly women being terrorized? This is a serious problem, and should be discussed on more places than blogs exclusive to gangs.

"Either way, no sweat off my brow.."

So, you DON'T care that elderly women are being accosted, harassed, and terrorized by young men in Glendale? I certainly do. Considering it's really happening. But if it is, I'm sweating. Something should be done about it.

"These fools can keep wildin' out"

"wildin' out"??

Come on. That's a pretty lax term for describing dangerous behavior that's a threat to innocent elders.

Let's call it what it is, dangerous crime. But let us also see some official documentation of it happening.

"while I make my cheese right in the midst without them even knowing."

???

"They ever trip, I got the cannon ready and waiting. Self defense, que no?"

So, it's now only about defending YOU? Why would you even bring up old women being accosted by young men if you never really gave a shit to begin with? It seems what this is really about is you wanting to shoot someone. Right?

Gay marriage in a Florida jail.

Well, there's a breaking report on the smog in L.A...

Glendale's being ravaged by the Toonerville gang? Who cares? "Fags" are getting married!! Tell those old ladies being accosted by young Hispanic men that their problems will have to wait. Traditional values are under attack in Florida!

L.A. draws up a new gang plan
Redefinition, more money key to effort

Taking another step in the fight against street gangs, Los Angeles city officials vowed Friday to redefine prevention versus intervention and spend more money on programs to quell the most serious gang crimes.

Councilman Tony C rdenas, head of the city's Ad Hoc Committee on Gang Violence, said he and more than 30 groups that work with gangs came up with a new plan after months of frustration about how the city spends roughly $78million a year on gang prevention, intervention and suppression.

"At the core of what this comes down to is credibility," he said.

Though he declined to name them, he said some prevention programs have been getting money under the banner of intervention when those programs don't actually intervene in gang activity.

Actually I'm not sure whether the yng man wants to shoot someone or peacefully make his cheese.
I personally wouldn't be so harsh with an enterprising yng fellow, possibly a burgeoining entrepeneur making his way out of the varrio by way of his cheese..Lets all cut a little cheese for this kid..

ANy Chicano would recognize this as an embarrasing example of bad police training of a middle class white boy who doesn't have much of a future in the agent provocateur section.
Or else just a run of the mill lame brain jerk off who has gleaned some street spanglish off of Wallys Blog, and who should be made to decide, if he had a stick up his ass and a nail in his foot which one would he would pull out first.

SV VBS and Don Quackers told us the sureno cholos from 18th street who killed a baby would be "dealt with" by older gang members. But I see that two gang members are being sought for witness intimidation. It looks like the 18th street gang sure knows how to "deal with" low life cholos who kill a baby and rob old ladies on the streets. Can you find a worst large group of low lifes than the sureno gang members anywhere else in the country. This is why we need to start mass deportation all of illeagl aliens criminals and their whole family. These animals deserve death with extreme and prolonged pain.

In addition, the district attorney's office filed charges Friday in a case against two others for discouraging a witness to the killing from cooperating with police.

WHEN I HEAR OF MORE MONEY$ BECOMMING AVAILABLE TO "EX-GANG" MEMBERS FOR GANG PREVENTION PROGRAMS..I GET "A TWINGE"..IT'S A 50/50 PROPOSITION..EX-GANG MEMBERS WITH SACKS OF GOVERNMENT MONEY, ALMOST LIKE COOKING UP A 20 BALLOON IN FRONT OF A "EX-DRUG ADDICT" (WHEN NO ONE'S LOOKING)..TEMPTATION TO TAKE "A TASTE" IS THERE, AND VERY HARD TO IGNORE..WILL GOOD OR EVIL PREVAIL??.MAYBE, THERE MUST BE SOME REAL TYPES OF ACCOUNTABLITY...SOMETHING TO KEEP EVERYTHING ON THE UP AND UP..WE'VE SEEN THIS SENARIO PLAY ITSELF OUT OVER AND OVER AGAIN..WHEN ONE BAD APPLE BECOMES EXPOSED FOR ABUSING THE USE OF THESE GRANTED MONEY$, IT REALLY SMEARS THE CREDIBILITY, AND PURPOSE FOR THE "HONEST EX-GANG MEMBERS" REALLY TRYING TO REACH OUT TO THESE KIDS..THE SAD THING IS,IT GIVES THE GOVERNMENT GOOD REASON TO TAKE BACK THE MONEY$ AWAY FROM THE WHOLE PROGRAM..(HEY,MAYBE THATS WHAT THE BIG PLAN WAS ALL ALONG??)..JUST KINDA' WONDERING, A LOS ANGELES RESIDENT..

It has be en called the most dangerous gang in American history. In Los Angeles alone it is responsible for over 100 homicides per year. Although it has fewer than 300 members, it controls a 40,000-strong street army that is eager to advance its agenda. They do not collect heads or scalps as trophies and do not notch wood to record their kills. The Emero's have moved to secure the border...no tax, no gety in.

Wally, overheard by Marty at the Western Bagel...

"These Mezekans are all part of the "One World" liberal ideology at work. In order that the American culture is destroyed and replaced with a social order at the same level as that of other third world countries we must be destroyed from within. The "One Worlders" will do it if we let them.
If we do .....then we deserve what we get."

SANTA MONICA SALLY SAID,

First off, you must understand that it is our legal system that is corrupt & flawed , Sure gangbangers add to the element of the problem but otherwise why is it that so many drugs end up in the prison system or in the possession of your neighborly street thugs in the first place? As long as there are drugs pouring into our borders there is a lot of money to be made by these bad guys, immigrant or non. And this the sad reality of it and it is mainly political. Therefore the consequences of these drugs in our country are usually accompanied by senseless acts of violence that can at times claim the lives of innocent people in its wake. Until the Laws of the legal system change and corruption ends in this country, nothing will change. My best, and by the way Wally, your book is banned in Santa Monica.

I must have missed this blog from a couple of weeks ago. It's nice to know that Tijuana Jailer is still with us and checks in once in a while.

Good to see you Tijuanero! Hows the book coming along and is there any additional info we should know about?

Con mucho respeto y afeccion

PS I'll follow this with a little historia concerning a strange varrio occurence (to me at least) that includes something we both posted up a while back, about Emero's you know and an incident where an innocent person was killed a young woman riding on the back of his Harley, along with a not so innocent person, an old homie of mine Jackie Palomares. His son? Jackie Palomares from the Aves and who was featured prominently in Tony's book "The Mexican Mafia"
As I am an "old cholo" now, lol, I may need some correcting and criticism and coming from you it would be considered an honor for me.

For all the criticism/attacks you "enjoy" on this blog, you nailed this one on the head. NorCal Chicanos and their corresponding gangs, for the most part, are minor leagues. This has always been understood by anyone who truly understands gangs.

The so-called Surenos who relocate to points north are NOT part of an EME conspiracy. Rather, they are a mish-mash of illegal aliens, Chicano families who desire to move away from the madness in So. Cal areas and general Latinos simply relocating.

Most of these people are non-hardcore to begin with and, seeking a gang identity, decide to wave the Sureno flag and clashes ensue. Missing is the street gang pressure and visible EME presence that would be looking over their shoulder monitoring their every move. Missing is the neighborhood peer pressure that would require immediate large-scale retribution for any home boy hurt or killed by an enemy gang member in barrio combat.

Once this temporary fascination with "fighting the Nortenos" has come and gone, the vast majority of these guys will get back to the real world - feeding their families and working the fields.

Peace

Surenos have to be the most ignorant group of people.I say this because of the large amount of knuckle heads that are convicted daily. Its like the EME purposely wants all these young southsiders to get locked up. These young adults are getting 20,30,40,50 years like if its a walk in the park for them. When are all these surenos going to learn to value there freedom and there lives. What good is it to have so much love for your varrio, been so down for your hood if your never going to see it sitting in a cell somewhere in Florence, Colorado. I have so much anger towards all these Emeros misguiding our young today. We as strong minded hispanics, latinos, chicanos, Mexicans need to stand up for our young weak minded surenos for they know no better. We need to introduce them to positive roll models and steer them away from the Rudy "Cheyenne" Cadena", Joe Morgans, Robert "Robot" Salas,Benjamin "Topo" Peters, Reuben "Night Owl" Castro, Frank "Chino" Macias Madriaga, and the Alex "PEE Wee" Aguirre's that have corrupted so many of our young adults. what kind of future will our race have if let our young think its ok to go to prison for life so that a group of men that are already doing life in prison can get a some kind of thrill knowing that they call the shots....

(I have so much anger towards all these Emeros misguiding our young today.)

I have so much anger towards the dope dealers selling dope to our children;

I have so much anger towards the pimps prostituting our daughters;

I have so much anger towards the negative role models influencing our children.

Well said and noted. Now how about directing some of this anger towards the families of these individuals for not providing a stable base at home. And, probably even more important, how about directing some of this anger towards those who make calculated decisions in life to take the wrong turn.

Where does personal accountability for our actions and our life's decisions enter this equation? If I offer you a heroin injection and you accept, how much of this is the Exploiter's fault and how much of this is the Victim's fault?

The Emeros and their kind will receive their punishment in the life to come; our children have to be raised to distinguish right from wrong -- family fundamentals!
Otherwise, they are as doomed and as damned as the Emeros you speak of and some other parent will be uttering your exact words about YOUR children and grandchildren.

so true i couldnt have said it better myself....its all about FAMILY FUNDAMENTALS!!!!
dont think i have to explain myself for the comment previously posted did a very fine job in doing so!

EVERYONE IS JUST LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BLAME FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!

i know people who rose up out of the hood with brothers who were gangmembers and neighbors who were into the same ...doing dope ,gangbanging..etc. but chose to live the good life ,money making , expensive trips, running bussinesses ....among the many things he does now. He became a defense attorney...top notch! never lost a case!
this is a good example of chosing to do right or choosing to do wrong!
alot of his childhood friends who ended up in prison have their family members justifying their relatives behavior by blaming the neighborhood they were raised in for their mistakes. BULLSHIT ...because if this guy and that inmate now doing life grew up in the same hood for the same amount of years , why is it that the now attorney isnt in prison for life ? they grew up in the same hood? thats just it ...its not about the hood its what your parents instilled in you when you were a kid....

The beginning of this thread concerning T.J. McGhee and the statement, gleaned from an L.A. Times article a few years ago. "Variously know as "Huero" or "Eskimo," McGhee, a former Criminal Justice student at Cal Poly Pomona"
That statement is in error.
Timothy was actually a student at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA... about 2 miles west of Cal Poly. Timothy was enrolled in my "Street Gangs and Law Enforcement" class at MtSac. He was actually living in Pomona at the time, staying with his nGrandmother. He was an excellent student, engaging, and a contributor to the discussions of gangs in the community and in prison. Because of a parole violation, he had to drop the class when he was sent back to TS. He did come to around 6 classes and things could have turend out well for him except for the fact that the call of the streets won out over the call to Academia.
